Document Management Engineer - IBM FileNet & IBM Datacap Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Document Management Engineer with strong expertise in IBM FileNet, IBM Datacap, and enterprise document management technologies. This individual contributor role will be responsible for application administration, environment support, system monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration management, and operational support across enterprise document management platforms., * Provide sustaining application and environment support for enterprise document management systems

• Perform build, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of application environments
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and support processes
• Monitor system performance, capacity planning, resource forecasting, and performance optimization activities
• Provide end-user application support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and support teams to resolve hardware/software-related issues
• Support code migration, application lifecycle management, and environment management processes
• Provide off-hours support for scheduled maintenance and critical production activities
• Ensure operational stability, availability, and security compliance of enterprise applications

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, 10+ Years of experience Required, * 8-10 years of experience in Document Management Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet Administration and IBM Datacap Administration
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with AIX, Linux, and Windows Administration
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ technologies
• Strong knowledge of DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle Databases
• Experience with NFS, NAS, and SSL technologies
• Hands-on experience with Shell Scripting or other programming languages
• Experience with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and operational support tools
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, deployment, and code migration processes
• Experience with system monitoring, incident management, and production support activities
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation development skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Vignette Image Capture and Vignette Integrated Document Management (IDM)
• Experience with Intellective Unity and Apache Solr
• Knowledge of enterprise content management and workflow automation solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
