Success Metrics

• Impact is measured in cost avoidance and labor-hour reduction - e.g., cutting a five-person process to three and a half FTEs. Investment must be justified by savings that offset the resource’s annual cost, with a goal of increased output and reduced/reallocated headcount without net headcount growth.
