Senior Applications Analyst

Bring your Oracle Cloud ERP expertise to a senior-level role focused on improving financial and procurement processes through thoughtful analysis, strong documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This position offers the opportunity to support enterprise-scale initiatives across Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership teams while helping shape scalable solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and control. Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Procurement initiatives.
• Partner with business, finance, accounting, and technical stakeholders to translate needs into functional designs and solution recommendations.
• Support configuration and enhancement efforts across core financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and procure-to-pay.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, and help shape effective end-to-end workflows.
• Work closely with integration and technical teams to validate data flows and ensure accurate financial outcomes across systems.
• Contribute to testing strategy, test planning, data validation, issue analysis, and user acceptance testing for complex ERP scenarios.
• Support subledger-to-GL reconciliation, transaction validation, and end-to-end process testing.
• Assist with project planning, effort estimation, risk and issue tracking, change requests, and stakeholder reporting.
• Provide break/fix and incident support, maintain functional documentation, and help resolve system issues as they arise.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities and quarterly updates, and help identify opportunities to standardize and improve business processes.

• 4+ years of professional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP products.
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Procurement in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong background in business and functional analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements such as profit and loss and balance sheets.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and integrations built within OIC.
• Ability to write SQL queries and understand ERP tables, schemas, and data structures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business, finance, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile environments, including Kanban or sprint-based delivery models.
• Background supporting enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP implementations or enhancements.
• Experience mentoring team members and serving as a subject matter resource for ERP financial processes.
• Familiarity with data-driven and process-driven analysis techniques.
• Ability to guide process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Experience working across multiple functional areas and adapting to evolving business needs.
