AI Support Engineer

The AI Support Engineer will provide the day-to-day operational support function and act as the primary technical resource for user issues. Key Responsibilities will include: L1/L2 ticket triage and resolution User troubleshooting and usage support ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot issue diagnosis Access and configuration troubleshooting Incident management and escalation Root-cause analysis for recurring or complex issues Coordination with the Platform Administrator and Engagement Lead Coordination with OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft support where required Accurate ticket documentation Identification of recurring issues and corresponding knowledge-based updates

Bachelor’s /master’s degree in CS or equivalent. Should have 8+ years of required experience.
