P&C Specialist - Projects & Data Analysis

Barcelona Location: BarcelonaYour responsibilitiesSupport and coordinateglobal P&C digitalisation projects , including local implementationLead smaller projects or sub-projects and contribute to defining system requirementsSupportSuccessFactorsapplications and coordinate with 2nd and 3rd-level supportCoordinate testing, release management and user trainingContribute to the continuous improvement ofonboarding and offboarding processesDrive improvements inP&C data quality , particularly across subsidiariesDevelop and maintainHR dashboards and reportingSupport global HR controlling and prepare periodic and ad hoc reportsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partnersContribute to change requests and continuous application improvementsYour profileDegree or professional background inPeople & Culture / HR or ITStrong experience withSAP SuccessFactors , ideally across several modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics and Compensation & Variable PayExperience working in aninternational environment , ideally with global SuccessFactors implementationsStrong analytical and organisational skillsExperience inproject managementand coordinating multiple stakeholdersFluent Englishis required; German would be an advantageA structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with an interest in HR technology and continuous improvementIf you are looking for a role combiningHR, digitalisation, project management and data analyticswithin an international organisation, we would be happy to hear from you!#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

Degree or professional background in People & Culture / HR or IT Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors , ideally across several modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics and Compensation & Variable Pay Experience working in an international environment , ideally with global SuccessFactors implementations Strong analytical and organisational skills Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders Fluent English is required; German would be an advantage A structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with an interest in HR technology and continuous improvement
