P&C Specialist Projects & Data Analysis - Barcelona

OverviewIn this role you drive global P&C digitalisation and HR data initiatives, coordinating cross-country implementations and improving HR applications and reporting.You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements, test and train users, and enhance onboarding, offboarding, and data quality.The position sits at the intersection of HR, IT and analytics, enabling data-driven decisions and better people processes.You’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver value in a dynamic international environment.ResponsabilidadesSupport and coordinate global P&C digitalisation projects and local implementationsLead smaller projects or sub-projects and contribute to defining system requirementsSupport SAP SuccessFactors and coordinate with 2nd/3rd-level supportCoordinate testing, release management and user trainingImprove onboarding and offboarding processesEnhance P&C data quality across subsidiariesDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and reportingSupport global HR controlling and prepare periodic/ad hoc reportsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partnersContribute to change requests and continuous application improvementsRequisitos principalesDegree or professional background in People & Culture / HR or ITStrong experience with SAP SuccessFactors across modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics and Compensation & Variable PayExperience in international/global SuccessFactors implementationsStrong analytical and organisational skillsExperience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholdersFluent English; German advantageousStructured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with interest in HR technology and continuous improvementstrong communicationcollaborationanalytical thinkingSAP SuccessFactorsEmployee CentralEmployee Central Payroll
