Design Engineer

AIRE is an aeronautical organization based in Madrid, Spain with over 20 years in the aviation business that delivers Cabin upgrade solutions for the modification of in-service aircraft through our design, (21J), Production (21G) and Maintenance (Part 145) approvals to airlines, lessors and MROs worldwide.About the RoleWe are looking for a Design Engineer specialized in certification to join our growing engineering team to carry out major (STCs) and minor modifications and repairs on large and small aircraft and rotorcraft.ResponsibilitiesCompile and ensure the adequacy and consistency of compliance demonstration documents and activities subject to approval are prepared in compliance with the certification and environmental protection requirements as required by Part 21Support transversal areas and stakeholders such as manufacturing, production and procurement.Attend working Party phases / Installations on A/CAssist CVEs in their compliance verification activitiesReport to the Project Coordinator with the progress of certification activitiesReport to the HIMF and SM any issues impacting the Design OrganizationQualificationsAeronautical Engineer qualified in a recognized disciplineAt least 3 years in a similar role, a track record of previous participation in design and certification activities (cabin safety, structures and or avionics) working on Airbus and/or Boeing is a mustExperience working on aircraft and conducting aircraft surveys is a plusRequired SkillsCommunication, creativity, analytical mindCapability to work in a dynamic environmentAble to travel to global destinations as project requirements dictateFluent in English is required for the position.Other languages are a plusMS officePopular CAD tools packages such as AUTO-CAD, Fusion 360Preferred SkillsExperience working on aircraft and conducting aircraft surveys is a plusWHAT WE OFFERFriendliness of a dynamic, young and experienced teamPossibly to work from homeSupport and training will be provided from our existing 21J design teamExciting projects for prestigious customersPersonal and professional development opportunities from the start#J-*****-Ljbffr

Aeronautical Engineer qualified in a recognized discipline At least 3 years in a similar role, a track record of previous participation in design and certification activities (cabin safety, structures and or avionics) working on Airbus and/or Boeing is a must Experience working on aircraft and conducting aircraft surveys is a plus Required Skills Communication, creativity, analytical mind Capability to work in a dynamic environment Able to travel to global destinations as project requirements dictate Fluent in English is required for the position. Other languages are a plus MS office Popular CAD tools packages such as AUTO-CAD, Fusion 360 Preferred Skills Experience working on aircraft and conducting aircraft surveys is a plus
