Job description

You will be part of a small, dedicated IT team responsible for supporting over 1,200 users and maintaining over 500 devices. The school offers an Outer London salary and excellent training opportunities, with a dedicated budget for you to pursue relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft).

  • Supportive IT team with dedicated budget for technical certification CPD.

Requirements

  • Proven experience providing technical support (hardware, software, networking) in a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and peripheral hardware.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
