Network Operations Manager (Automotive OEM Experience Mandatory)

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the development, performance and governance of a growing retailer network, supporting long-term growth through retailer performance improvement, network planning, operational excellence and commercial development. The Opportunity

Reporting into the Network Development function, you will be responsible for monitoring retailer performance, profitability, standards compliance and network capability across the UK.

Working closely with Dealer Principals, Investors, Regional Teams and Senior Leadership, you will help ensure the retailer network remains profitable, scalable and aligned with future business objectives., * Manage retailer performance scorecards and KPI reporting frameworks.

• Monitor retailer profitability, operational performance and financial sustainability.
• Analyse network trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop retailer benchmarking and performance improvement plans.
• Produce regular reporting and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support retailer facility, expansion and investment planning initiatives.
• Assess showroom, workshop and staffing capacity across the network.
• Conduct retailer visits to review standards, performance and capability.
• Coordinate retailer communications, webinars and operational updates.
• Support implementation of retailer standards, compliance programmes and governance requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and Network Development projects.
• Provide insight and analysis to support future network planning decisions.
• Support annual business planning and network growth strategies.
• Track retailer commitments, development plans and investment milestones.

Data Analysis, Advanced Excel, * Strong experience within automotive retail, OEM, importer, distributor or dealer group environments.

• Background in Network Development, Network Operations, Business Management, Dealer Development or Retail Performance.
• Experience working directly with franchised dealer networks.
• Strong understanding of dealer profitability, composite analysis and operational KPIs.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Confident presenting findings to senior management, investors and dealer principals.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills.
