Dealer Network Manager

• Acquisition of new dealers for AEC Retail Dealer Network
• Coordination of market enablement activities with other departments
• Coordination of CI fulfillment activities
• Servicing existing dealers
• Development of comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all AEC Products and Services, Processes and Promotions
• Serving as an expert and brand ambassador by remaining current on all AEC Products, Programs and News
• Analysis and assessment of the market conditions
• Collection and Coordination of customer surveys

• University degree or similar.
• Completed commercial or technical training.
• Sound professional experience in dealer network or sales field service with customer advisory service.
• Very good knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and strong organisational skills.
• Positive charisma and enthusiasm.
• High commitment to achieve goals.
• Determined and lives the hands-on mentality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Full professional proficiency in English and German or French.
• Holds an EU Driving Licence (class B).
• Proven experience in a similar position for 3-5 years.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to negotiate at all levels.
