Job description
-
Support end-to-end Workday implementations across:
- HCM
- Payroll
- Financials
- Talent Management
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements.
Configure and optimise Workday solutions to meet client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and best practice recommendations for Workday adoption and optimisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Workday implementations and configurations.
- Strong knowledge of one or more Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Financials, and/or Talent Management.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams.
- Consultancy experience within large-scale transformation programmes is highly desirable.
