Workday FDM - Director

The candidate will supervise daily engagement activities, collaborate across teams, and ensure projects stay on schedule while managing risks.

Qualifications require at least eight years of ERP implementation experience, with specific expertise in Workday Financials and complex Financial Data Models. Advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s) and active Workday Financials certifications are highly preferred. Proven leadership in program management, handling multiple projects with budgets over $3 million, and strong client collaboration skills are essential. The candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S., with no sponsorship needed. Additional certifications and experience in full lifecycle implementations bolster candidacy. Strong understanding of ERP concepts, functional expertise, and project management capabilities are key to success in this role.

The role involves leading Workday Financials projects, focusing on strategy, implementation, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and guiding process design, package implementation, and project reviews.
