Workday Administrator Finance

Lead the technical configuration and maintenance of Workday General Ledger, Procurement, Expenses, and Asset modules. Architect and deliver specialized General Ledger reports and financial dashboards utilizing Workday Report Writer. Manage the end-to-end setup and testing of financial business processes within Sandbox and lower environments. Execute data cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity during system migrations. Optimize Workday Business Process Framework to enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy. Perform rigorous data validation and system audits in strict alignment with SOX compliance requirements. Evaluate semi-annual Workday releases to recommend and implement new features that improve functional performance. 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise financial systems administration specifically within the Workday platform. Proficiency in Workday Financials (FINS) including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Management modules. Experience with Workday Report Writer and Composite Reporting to construct complex General Ledger reports and dashboards. Experience with Workday Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields, and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) data loads. Experience in Workday Adaptive Planning and managing technical configurations within Sandbox and production environments. Experience with SOX compliance standards and internal financial control auditing within a regulated environment. Excellent interpersonal skills for translating technical system configurations into business language for Finance leads.
