Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering\n
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned \n
  • 8+ years of experience post academics \n
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership and supervision\n
  • Demonstrable experience in firmware development (C, C++)\n, * Experience developing firmware for connected devices, IoT platforms, or smart home systems\n
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across engineering disciplines and product management \n
  • Demonstrated success leading software teams or projects\n
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring junior engineers\n
  • Proven troubleshooting skills across system boundaries, including diagnosing issues reported from field or customer environments \n
