Information Technology Leader

As the lead for our enterprise integration team, you’ll be responsible for connecting technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, cloud applications, databases, and other business-critical systems. You’ll influence architecture, lead complex implementations, strengthen platform performance and reliability, and help define how Lutron approaches enterprise integration for the future. \n \n You won’t just oversee technology-you’ll help shape it. • Oversee day-to-day Mulesoft operations, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience across all supported platforms.\n
• Lead cross-functional project teamsto drive platform convergence, execute implementations, and proactively resolve technical and organizational challenges.\n
• Design and architect technical solutionsthat meet enterprise IT needs, collaborating with peers across IT and business units.\n
• Engage with internal stakeholdersthroughout the project lifecycle-from gathering business requirements to deployment and post-launch support.\n
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.\n
• Develop deep expertise across multiple IT technologies, and serve as a mentor by training team members on new tools, platforms, and best practices.\n
• Establish and refine IT processes, implementing measurable improvements that enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.\n
• Lead incident response efforts, including mitigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\n
• Be a hands-on, collaborative leader, demonstrating a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills in interactions with peers, stakeholders, and executive leadership. \n

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Information Science, Mathematics, or related technical field required\n
• Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 required for each degree earned \n
• Minimum 8 years experience building and deploying integrations with a hosting provider like Mulesoft, Boomi, Appian or on a Cloud provider like AWS or Microsoft Azure preferred\n
• Expertise with Mulesoft Anypoint platform on CloudHub 2.0, experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integration platforms and databases preferred\n
• Experience providing technical leadership and direction to developers, engineers, or other technology professionals preferred\n
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.\n
