UX Designer - Remote

Neoparx is expanding its design team and is seeking a UX Designer to help shape intuitive, research-driven digital experiences for clients. You will work alongside UX Researchers, Brand Strategists, and UI Designers to solve complex problems and transform research and insights into effective digital products.

The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to contribute not only to client projects but also to internal processes, workflows, templates, and the continued development of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and apply user research, data analysis, and insights to inform design decisions.
• Support projects from discovery through ideation, prototyping, testing, and final design.
• Design digital experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile products.
• Conduct analytics audits, competitor benchmarking, surveys, interviews, and other research activities.
• Develop personas, customer journey maps, information architectures, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Investigate user and client needs and translate findings into human-centered product solutions.
• Consider accessibility, scalability, technology platforms, and storytelling throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with teams across discovery, branding, and development.
• Present research findings and design recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, design discussions, daily standups, 1-on-1 meetings, and project checkpoints.
• Contribute ideas for improving internal workflows, playbooks, templates, and procedures.
• Take ownership of projects and proactively identify opportunities for improvement., This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours. Neoparx operates across multiple time zones and follows a standard 40-hour work week.

• 2+ years of UX or product design experience.
• Experience working in an agency, technology company, or freelance environment.
• Understanding of standard agency workflows and design processes.
• Knowledge of UX research and design methodologies, including:
• Analytics audits
• Competitor benchmarking
• Surveys and interviews
• Personas
• Customer journey mapping
• Information architecture
• Wireframing
• Prototyping
• Usability testing
• Strong understanding of web-based information architecture and design best practices.
• Human-centered approach to solving user and client problems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to confidently present and gain support for design recommendations.
• Fluent English communication skills for working with international teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous agency experience.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes.
• Animation or motion design skills.
• Experience designing products from initial ideation through polished, functional solutions.
