Requirements

5+ years of UX/Product Design experience preferred \n
Native iOS & Android application design experience - REQUIRED \n
Strong experience across the full UX lifecycle: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, usability testing, and developer handoff \n
Strong knowledge of UX/UI, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design \n
Experience working closely with developers in an Agile environment \n
Proficiency with Axure, Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, and Adobe Creative Cloud \n
Experience with qualitative & quantitative UX research \n
Experience with moderated and remote unmoderated usability testing \n
Experience designing responsive, adaptive, and accessible experiences \n
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills \n
Portfolio and LinkedIn profile must be included on the resume \n, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HCI, Human Factors, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related field is preferred.

Design native iOS and Android mobile experiences from research through development handoff. \n
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction designs. \n
Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations. \n
Develop research strategies, test plans, scripts, and scenarios based on project goals and KPIs. \n
Analyze user feedback and research findings to improve designs through rapid iterations. \n
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional Agile teams. \n
Present design recommendations and explain decisions using research, UX best practices, and business requirements. \n
Develop and maintain UX documentation, design specifications, patterns, and navigational/task flows. \n
Advocate for users while balancing business and technical requirements. \n
Support multiple projects while managing timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. \n
