PC Imaging Technician

• Perform PC and laptop imaging, configuration, and repairs
• Handle OS upgrades and deploy images using tools like Acronis, Ghost, and MDT
• Apply UV printing, etching, or skins to devices as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair PC hardware, including diagnosing motherboard and power supply issues
• Install and maintain software systems (Windows 10, 8.1, 7)
• Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and other applications as required
• Tag assets and track inventory
• Follow technical manuals, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong understanding of PC hardware architecture
• Familiarity with BIOS configuration and PC imaging processes
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and deployment scripts
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience writing DOS-based deployment scripts
• Knowledge of Visio, Oracle, or other MS products
• Experience in a technical support or IT production environment
