the Candidate:Strong consulting mindset with experience delivering in client-facing rolesRecognised expertise in enterprise, operational, or infrastructure resilienceProven experience assessing and improving resilience controls across infrastructure environmentsHands-on experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, testing, and executionExperience with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including resilience design considerations, and enterprise backup and recovery toolsetsUnderstanding of enterprise architecture and/or business process design within infrastructure or hosting domainsAbility to navigate complex and ambiguous problems, work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, and translate technical detail into business-focused insights, supported by strong communication and storytelling skillsExperience within Financial Services, including Operational Resilience programmes, Important Business Services (IBS), Impact Tolerances (ITOL), and regulatory engagement, as well as prior experience in a consultancy or advisory firm, would be beneficialAWS certification or demonstrable deep platform knowledge, along with working knowledge of networking fundamentals, incident management frameworks (e.g. ITIL), and observability and monitoring tooling, would be advantageousReply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
