Job description

System Management: Ensure smooth operation of computer systems.
Support: Provide 1st - 2nd line support and administration.
Executive Service: Deliver white-glove service to senior executives.
Request Management: Prioritize and respond to service requests.
Troubleshooting: Independently resolve IT issues.
Security: Ensure compliance with the firm’s Information Security Policy.
Onboarding: Assist with new employee setups and asset management.
Patch Management: Test and deploy monthly updates.
Collaboration Tools: Oversee video conferencing and communication tools.
Phishing Program: Administer the Knowbe4 phishing test program.
Documentation: Maintain support documentation.
Travel: Support remote office locations as needed.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in IT support and systems administration, preferably in finance or asset management.
Skills: Proficient in Office 365, Citrix, Intune, and troubleshooting.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred; certifications are a plus.
Attributes: Analytical, problem-solving, self-starter, and strong communicator.
