Job description

Supporting Azure and M365 (Intune & Entra) environments
Troubleshooting across systems, cloud services, and basic networking
Contributing to system stability, security, and incremental improvements

Requirements

We’re looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Analyst with proven experience across Azure and Microsoft 365 (Intune & Entra) to join our IT team., * Experience working in a 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support role

Hands-on administration of Azure (VMs, networking, identity)
Experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune and Entra (Azure AD)
Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently in a structured, logical way
Comfortable explaining real examples of issues you’ve diagnosed and resolved, * Someone with a few years’ experience in IT who has built practical, hands-on skills
A genuine problem solver who can clearly explain their thought process
A candidate who is keen to learn and develop, particularly in Azure and networking
Someone who is honest and accurate about their experience, If you have real, hands-on experience with Azure and M365 (Intune & Entra) and enjoy solving technical problems, we’d love to hear from you.
