Job description
Kforce has a client seeking a Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM) & Automation in Fort Lauderdale, FL to lead enterprise identity security and cybersecurity automation initiatives. This role oversees IAM strategy, governance, access management, and a centralized automation engineering team responsible for building scalable integrations, workflows, and security automation solutions., * Lead the enterprise IAM program, including identity governance, access lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, SSO, and MFA
- Develop IAM strategy, roadmaps, governance processes, and executive reporting
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including audits and access reviews
- Manage an automation engineering team focused on workflow automation, APIs, integrations, and operational efficiencies
- Design and implement integrations across security, identity, cloud, ITSM, HR, and enterprise platforms
- Establish engineering best practices, SDLC standards, CI/CD processes, and automation governance
- Drive API-first and event-driven architecture to improve cybersecurity operations and reduce manual effort
- Partner with business, technology, and security stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, software engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing IAM, cybersecurity, or engineering teams
- Strong experience with IAM programs, identity governance, PAM, SSO, MFA, and access management
- Experience leading automation, integration engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience with Git, SDLC methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and change management practices
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or IAM platform certifications
- Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
- Cloud automation and integration platform experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
