Software Licensing Systems Integration Microsoft Windows 7 Password Management Technology Solutions System Administration Full Stack Development Business Transformation Avaya (Telecommunications) Telecommunications Networks Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), This Technology Support Administrator role sits within the Workstation Support Team and focuses on providing end-user computing support across corporate offices, distribution centres and delivery hubs in the region. You will deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for hardware, software and operating systems on PC and Apple platforms, supporting a wide variety of devices including laptops, desktops, printers, handheld RF devices and phones. The position involves complex technical troubleshooting, system administration for desktop solutions, support for a mobile workforce, and occasional user training, all within a dynamic, fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for hardware, software and operating systems on PC and Apple-based computing platforms.
- Identify, troubleshoot, analyse and resolve highly complex desktop computer problems for end users.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Lead Technology Support Administrator or the Workstation Systems leadership when appropriate.
- Install equipment and software, ensuring accurate configuration and coordinating the work of others involved in installations.
- Perform system administration tasks for desktop solutions, including configuration, maintenance and optimisation.
- Deliver complex technical support to internal clients, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Act as a key contact for internal IT groups to support technical problem resolution and cross-team collaboration.
- Monitor network access, address data security concerns, manage password generation and file access to identify and forecast potential access risks.
- Research tools and processes to identify usage and capacity issues as they emerge, presenting findings and assisting in the development of long-range plans to address them.
- Assist in developing corporate standards for desktop computer software and hardware and conduct reviews to ensure compliance with these standards.
- Develop and produce installation documentation for complex applications to support consistent deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct research and recommend new technology solutions that enhance desktop and end-user computing capabilities.
- Perform application software integration and testing, when required, to ensure software, hardware and communication networks operate correctly together.
- Generate and maintain user network IDs where necessary, following established policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing requirements when required, maintaining accurate records and usage controls.
- Support a mobile workforce by ensuring devices, applications and connectivity function reliably.
- Deliver user training as needed to help colleagues use systems, devices and applications effectively.
- Demonstrate sound judgement in selecting methods and techniques for solving technical problems.

- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in meeting commitments and service expectations.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the site.
- Residence within approximately a 30-40 minute radius of Monroe Township, NJ., * Experience supporting Apple laptops and desktops, including Mac OS Sierra 10.12 and High Sierra.
- Familiarity with Avaya phone systems and end-user telephony support.
- Experience supporting end-user computing in corporate offices, distribution centres and delivery hubs.
- Comfort working with scripted procedures and checklists for troubleshooting and installations.
- Ability to develop clear installation documentation for complex applications.
- Interest in researching and recommending new technology solutions to improve end-user computing.
- Awareness of data security practices, including password management and file access controls.
- Understanding of software licensing compliance in an enterprise environment.
