Job description

  • Design and deploy sophisticated agentic workflows using Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and frameworks like Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LangGraph.

  • Work with large datasets to extract insights, build predictive models, and optimize AI algorithms.
  • Architect “fail-safe” systems that include human-in-the-loop (HITL) triggers, automated error recovery, and fallback logic to ensure business continuity.

  • Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using Vector Embeddings, Vector Caching, and Azure AI Search (vector and hybrid retrieval).

  • Utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect AI agents with external data sources, tools, and existing Azure and on-premises environments.

  • Mitigate data leakage risks and implement rigorous model output traceability and auditability logs to meet compliance standards.

  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI to apply innovative solutions.
  • Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
  • Build automated monitoring for agentic flow performance, cost, and latency, utilizing Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and custom telemetry.

  • Ensure data privacy, responsible AI and security practices are upheld throughout the AI development process, leveraging Azure AI Content Safety, Entra ID and Microsoft Purview.
