From talent management, learning and development and employee development to core HR processes, you’ll help organizations unlock the full potential of their people while creating tangible business impact.

Depending on your experience and interests, you will work across different SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, and others., In our view, innovation is everywhere: it’s in the cutting-edge technologies we use for our customers, it’s in the way we communicate and collaborate, it’s top of mind whenever we think of novel solutions to customer challenges. • Bring 6+ years of relevant HRIS experience, including at least 2 years in a project management role.
• Are certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules and stay up to date with the latest platform innovations.
• Enjoy translating complex business challenges into pragmatic, workable solutions.
• Are well-versed in well-known project management methodologies such as agile, prince 2, waterfall, …
• Communicate confidently with both business stakeholders and project teams in both French and English (Dutch is a plus).
• Naturally take the lead, coach others and keep projects moving forward.
• Are willing to travel to customer sites in Belgium and beyond.
• Have experience in different industries or international environments (a plus)., Even if you have a background in other HRIS-systems - we know from experience that your know-how will be easily translated to the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
