As a Founding Software Engineer, you’ll work across the full technology stack, helping transform a validated prototype into an enterprise-ready product. From UI and infrastructure to simulation engines and deployment architecture, you’ll have significant influence over technical decisions, platform strategy and product direction. What You’ll Bring Strong software engineering fundamentals and a first-principles approach to problem solving. Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a similarly quantitative discipline. Experience delivering software for enterprise-scale customers. Ability to learn complex technical domains quickly and work autonomously. Comfortable working across multiple languages, frameworks and technologies. Nice to Have Product and UX experience, particularly for technical or engineering-focused tools. Exposure to scientific computing, optimisation, computational geometry, or simulation software. Interest in tackling mathematically and technically challenging problems. Why Join?
