Senior AI Engineer - UK Remote - £90k Legal Tech SaaS | Remote & Flexible Work | Scaling Business | NLP/LLM Development Ada Meher is working with a scaling Legal Tech SaaS business, as they recruit a Senior AI Engineer role to join their AI Engineering team, working on the development and deployment of LLMs into their SaaS platform. They are looking for an Engineer with demonstrable experience working with NLP and ML models in a scalable production environment. The successful candidate will be joining an engineering team with an extremely high bar technically, placing a lot of emphasis on reliability, performance, and guardrails against errors within their AWS / Lambda hosted platforms. The business is headquartered in Central London but allow their teams to work remotely with occasional travel to meet up as a team on an ad hoc basis. That said it is a requirement that any candidates are based in the UK and with the full right to work, as they are unable to offer sponsorship. To Be Considered: * 5+ years of demonstrable experience in AI/ML Engineering - specifically deploying NLP or ML models in production environments * Strong experience with common NLP / ML libraries (eg Hugging Face Transformers / spaCy etc) * Strong experience with Python and associated libraries (eg. FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow) * Experience with fine-tuning & RAG * Strong experience in AWS / Lambdas based infrastructure Founded in 2020, the business has gone from strength to strength over the last 6 years and has developed a clear market fit, and they are looking for candidate to help take them and the product suite to the next level.
