IT Support Specialist

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot technology systems across the organization. • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals
• Support user account management and access provisioning
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
• Working knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and networking basics
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) a plus
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests
