UI/UX Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Application Developer to design, develop, and enhance next-generation AI-powered applications. This individual will work closely with Product Owners, GenAI Leads, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to transform complex AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end engineering expertise with modern UX principles and backend API development skills, delivering responsive, high-performing applications that drive user adoption and business value., UI/UX Design & Front-End Development

• Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered enterprise applications.

• Ensure responsive user experiences across desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices without compromising application functionality.

• Translate UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality, production-ready web applications.

• Create interactive user journeys, workflows, prototypes, and visual components that simplify complex AI functionality.

• Implement modern UI development practices, ensuring consistency, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability.

• Optimize application performance and user experience by minimizing processing overhead and improving responsiveness.

• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and industry best practices throughout application development.

AI & Product Integration

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, GenAI Leads, UX Designers, and Engineers to convert technical AI capabilities into user-centric features.

• Design experiences that effectively communicate AI-generated insights, recommendations, predictions, and conversational outputs.

• Build intuitive conversational interfaces and AI assistant experiences that enhance user productivity and engagement.

• Support AI explainability and transparency by creating user experiences that foster trust in AI-generated outputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience developing modern web applications and enterprise solutions.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Proven experience building responsive applications that function seamlessly across multiple devices and screen sizes.

• Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience developing APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and asynchronous programming concepts (AsyncIO).

• Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and enterprise APIs.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working on AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Products, or Generative AI solutions.

• Basic understanding of Data Science concepts, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Experience with conversational AI platforms, Copilot-style interfaces, and prompt-driven user experiences.

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB, and graph databases using Gremlin.

• Familiarity with telemetry, observability, user analytics, and experimentation frameworks.

• Experience with WebAssembly and browser-based execution of NLP or AI algorithms.

• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, and cloud-native application development.

• Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
