Job description

Client is seeking three mid-level DevOps Engineers to join a build/release automation team for a six-month engagement. Candidates will own CI/CD pipeline execution and release management within an established GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy environment., * Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
Own release automation and deployment orchestration using Octopus Deploy
Manage build/release processes across multiple environments (dev, staging, production)
Collaborate with development teams to resolve pipeline failures and improve build reliability

Requirements

CI/CD Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, * 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps, Release Engineering, or Build/Release role
Hands-on production experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline development
Hands-on production experience with Octopus Deploy for release management (not just general CD tooling - direct Octopus experience required)
Solid understanding of build automation, artifact management, and multi-environment deployment strategies
Comfortable working independently within an established toolchain
Strong troubleshooting skills for pipeline and deployment failures, * Experience supporting release processes in a telecom, retail, or consumer services environment
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, etc.)
Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for pipeline tooling
