Solution Architect Asset Maintenance

Nobian is accelerating its digital maintenance transformation, with initiatives such as the mobile factory worker, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and our transition to S/4HANA. As the Solution Architect SAP PM, you play a central role in this transformation. You work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and service providers, creating strong partnerships and ensuring alignment across all networks you actively manage. You support decision-making by translating business strategies into robust, cost-effective IT blueprints that strengthen our SAP PM-driven maintenance processes. In this role, your ability to collaborate, learn, grow and connect with others is just as important as your technical expertise - and you will have the space and support to develop yourself further. Your responsibilities:

• Template governance - Ensure quality and consistency in deployment templates across all maintenance-related solutions.
• IM documentation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and asset registers for relevant business processes and applications.
• Stakeholder management - Manage stakeholder relationships and their demands, ranging from incidents to small projects.
• SAP integrations - Handle integrations between SAP and business partners, including logistics service providers.

• ServiceNow processes - Manage incidents and changes, often through Nobian’s ticketing system, ServiceNow. You are a motivated professional who is eager to grow into the role and further develop your expertise in SAP PM and related maintenance-management applications. Your foundation may come from experience, education, or simply a strong affinity with digital maintenance processes - what matters most is your ability to learn, collaborate, and build positive working relationships. You enjoy working in a team environment, communicate clearly, and bring a constructive, positive mindset. Your curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to develop new skills are just as important as your current technical knowledge. What helps you succeed:

• Affinity with SAP PM and an interest in learning tools such as Prometheus Scheduler, Meridian or Roser.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• General IT savviness and enthusiasm for learning new systems and processes.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Background that is beneficial (but not strict requirements):

• Experience with maintenance-management applications or business processes (seniority levels may vary).

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, computer science, engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience. Strong Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
