Senior Performance Modelling Engineer (CPU group)

We working using Agile methodologies that are goals focused. You will design, develop, debug and deliver features to our highly successful products. You will be highly motivated and required to contribute individually and in collaboration with others. You will be expected to take ownership and responsibility for different parts of the code as you become familiar with the product. We will support you in your daily activities and career deployement.

Are you interested in working on the next generation of Machine Learning based Edge devices? Are you passionate about compilers and embedded computing?, * Good Embedded SW development experience (e.g. Bare-metal, RTOS, drivers, I/O, memory, power, security)

• Proven ability to design, develop, test and debug complicated software in C, C++ or Python
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems
• Great communication skills and an ability to cooperate in a diverse team, striving to fulfil common goals
• Knowledge of compiler fundamentals
• Understanding of hardware processing pipelines
• Technical Degree or Industry experience e.g. Machine Learning, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent experience

Desirable skills and experience:

• Knowledge of Machine Learning applications and frameworks
• Participation in organised development methodologies including defect tracking
• Experienced with version control systems, code review and management platforms
• Knowledge of computer architectures
• Understanding of digital signal processing or control systems
• Experience in Agile development, CI/CD and TDD
