Requirements

work closely with senior stakeholders to manage reporting, analysis, and data processes across the business.You will:* Own and develop finance reporting and management information * Support forecasting cycles and maintain large-scale financial models covering forecasts, planning, and cash flow * Reconcile data across multiple systems, including Xero, SQL, and Power BI * Upload, manage, and maintain finance and operational datasets * Produce board-level reporting on financial performance, operational metrics, and contract activity * Analyse volumes, performance trends, and operational data against forecasts and expectations * Build new reports and dashboards while enhancing existing reporting processes * Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Partner with finance, technology, and operational stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and decision-makingYour Skills & ExperienceYou will have:* Strong experience in a finance, accounting, or financial analysis role * Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and reporting * Practical experience using SQL and Power BI for reporting and data analysis * Experience working with large, complex datasets and performing reconciliations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail * The ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * A proactive and organised approach, with the confidence to take ownership of processes and improvementsWhat They Offer* Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 * Remote working arrangement * Direct exposure to senior leadership and key business stakeholders * The opportunity to shape and develop reporting processes in a growing organisation * A varied role spanning finance, analytics, reporting, and business performance * Strong opportunities for professional development and career progressionHow to ApplyIf you’re a Data Analyst with strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills, apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
