Hris Application Manager H/F

* Evaluate current SAP HR, Time Management, and Workforce Management processes. * Analyze and review payroll integrations and HR data flows. * Inventory existing interfaces, EDI exchanges, and custom developments while designing the target integration architecture. * Produce high-level functional specifications for key integrations within the new HRIS landscape. * Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Operations.
