Job description

Join a well-established organisation as an IT Support Technician, providing 1st and 2nd line support within a busy and collaborative IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a modern technology environment, supporting users, devices and business-critical systems., * Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system issues.
  • Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Assist with software installations, upgrades and system updates.
  • Provision equipment for new starters and support user offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers where required.
  • Escalate major incidents and security concerns appropriately.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or IT Technician role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
  • Experience deploying and configuring end-user devices.
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android device support.
  • Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems.
  • Full UK driving licence., * Active Directory (Line)
