Job description
Join a well-established organisation as an IT Support Technician, providing 1st and 2nd line support within a busy and collaborative IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a modern technology environment, supporting users, devices and business-critical systems., * Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system issues.
- Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Assist with software installations, upgrades and system updates.
- Provision equipment for new starters and support user offboarding.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers where required.
- Escalate major incidents and security concerns appropriately.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or IT Technician role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
- Experience deploying and configuring end-user devices.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android device support.
- Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems.
- Full UK driving licence., * Active Directory (Line)
