Project Information Manager

This role oversees the Information Management function for the High Marnham Substation project, ensuring project information, systems, and processes are delivered to a high standard and support efficient project delivery., * Lead the Information Management team and define team roles.

• Set and communicate project Information Standards and Methods & Procedures.
• Oversee the EDMS (e.g., Asite) and ensure secure, appropriate access.
• Coordinate project reporting and support digital tools, including Field View.
• Deliver training to project teams on information management systems.
• Support digital processes using SharePoint, Teams, and mobile platforms.
• Manage quality procedures and oversee project archiving throughout the lifecycle.

• Experience managing processes and resources.
• Knowledge of construction environments and project lifecycles.
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with collaboration/EDM systems, ideally Asite.
• Understanding of ISO19650/PAS1192 and digital handover processes.
• Ability to lead, support, and develop team members.
• Be organised, structured, and focused.
• Confident leading others and communicating at all levels.
