We’re looking for an experienced and passionate iTrent Specialist System Administrator to join our HR Systems & Insights Team on a 27-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of one of our most important business systems and play a key role in maximising its value across the organisation. About the Team The HR Systems & Insights Team is at the centre of Change Grow Live’s people technology, data and reporting services. We partner closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our systems support exceptional colleague experiences and effective business processes. Working collaboratively with People Services, Digital and Finance teams, including Payroll, we deliver system support, data quality, reporting, governance and continuous improvement initiatives that help the organisation make informed decisions and operate efficiently. Our team combines technical expertise, customer focus and innovation to ensure our people systems continue to evolve alongside the needs of the organisation. About the Role Over the last 18 months, Change Grow Live has successfully implemented MHR iTrent, delivering significant improvements to our payroll processes and providing a strong foundation for the future. Now we’re ready for the next stage of our journey. As our iTrent Specialist System Administrator, you’ll support the optimisation and development of iTrent, helping us unlock the wider benefits of the platform across Human Resources and People Services. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, enhance user experiences and ensure we’re making the most of the system’s capabilities. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence how people technology supports colleagues across Change Grow Live. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the subject matter expert for the iTrent platform

Leading the ongoing optimisation, configuration and enhancement of iTrent functionality

Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes through system development and automation

Working closely with People Services, Digital, Finance and Payroll colleagues to deliver business improvements

Managing system administration, security roles, workflows and organisational structures

Supporting system upgrades, testing activities and new module implementations

Investigating and resolving complex system issues
-
Ensuring data integrity, governance and compliance across the platform

Developing user guidance, training materials and support resources

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand current and future requirements

Supporting the delivery of the HR Systems and Insights roadmap, Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of our people systems and contribute to meaningful organisational change. Working Arrangements This role is remote based, providing flexibility and autonomy in how you work. However, applicants must be able to travel where required to one of our regional bases of Brighton, London, Manchester and Leeds, as occasional travel for team meetings, workshops, training and stakeholder engagement may be required.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for improving user experiences and business outcomes. You will ideally have:

Significant experience administering and configuring MHR iTrent

Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes

Experience delivering system improvements, optimisation projects or new functionality

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working with complex organisational structures, workflows and security models

Knowledge of data quality, governance and reporting principles

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

The ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
