Job description

Implement, configure, and optimize RELEX Solutions for retail, wholesale, and CPG clients.
Translate business processes into RELEX configuration requirements, ensuring alignment with forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and space planning modules.
Configure RELEX parameters, rules, workflows, and integrations to meet organizational needs.
Analyze historical sales, inventory, and operational data to support forecasting and replenishment optimization.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and training workshops.
Develop and execute test cases, validate outputs, and ensure solution accuracy before go live.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flows between RELEX and ERP, WMS, POS, and other systems.
Support adoption through documentation, training, and ongoing guidance.

Requirements

Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, demand planning, and retail operations.
Ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and make data driven recommendations.
Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
Prior exposure to RELEX modules (Forecasting, Replenishment) is highly preferred.
Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in retail, grocery, wholesale, or CPG environments.
Hands on involvement in system integrations with ERP, WMS, planning tools.
Familiarity with cloud based SaaS platforms.
