• Represent CSR during new data refresh activities with business data owners
• Track data points for new additions to the dashboard
• Maintain documentation of KPIs, data sources, and reporting requirements
• Support Executive Reporting & Storytelling
• Support the development and update of executive summaries highlighting key dashboard insights, trends, and business impacts
• Assist with presentations, leadership updates, board materials, and impact reporting efforts
• Support Operational Coordination
• Support facilitation of recurring dashboard working groups and stakeholder meetings, owning process documentation and governance activities
• Manage action items, meeting agendas and notes, and follow-up communications
• Drive Process Improvement & Innovation
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, validation, and workflows
• Help document and test AI-enabled solutions to support data summarization, stakeholder communication, and process automation
• Recommend enhancements that improve data quality, user experience, and efficiency
• Support Dashboard Growth & Adoption
• Assist with onboarding new metrics, business areas, and strategic initiatives based on best practice and business priorities
• Gather stakeholder feedback and help prioritize enhancement opportunities
• Monitor dashboard utilization and support efforts to increase engagement across the enterprise
