Requirements
Required Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365. Business Analyst, payment systems, card processing, and banking operations Job description:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in retail banking/payments.
- 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, card processing, and banking operations.
- Experience gathering and documenting business/functional requirements.
- Strong Azure DevOps experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
- Experience supporting API integrations, core banking systems, and payment gateways.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data migration.
- Experience developing test cases, coordinating UAT, and supporting QA.
- Knowledge of Agile, ISO 20022, SWIFT, ACH, PCI DSS, and banking compliance is preferred.
