Senior Architect - Simpl Program

• Define and maintain overall solution and system architecture, ensuring alignment between business objectives, governance frameworks, and technical implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and interoperability standards across distributed platforms.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and federated architecture models supporting multi-organisation collaboration.
• Drive integration between platforms, services, and external ecosystems while maintaining architectural consistency.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders, governance bodies, and delivery teams.
• Promote best practices in architecture governance, security-by-design, and operational readiness across the programme.

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in enterprise or solution architecture within complex, distributed environments.
• Strong expertise in designing interoperable and scalable systems with a focus on data sharing and platform ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in large-scale programmes.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures, containerised environments, and API-driven integration.
• Strong knowledge of architecture methodologies and modelling approaches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical domains.
