Job description

Convert approximately seventy existing fillable PDF inspection documents into new interactive HTML forms for department inspectors to use for data collection.
Use JavaScript to build functionality for inspector inputs to be saved to the SQL database.
Use Jinja templates to compile inputs back into new PDF files.
Provide JavaScript development support as needed to help keep the current project on track.
Write and maintain T-SQL stored procedures/queries to support data retrieval, validation, and reporting from inspection data stored in the SQL database.
Test and debug interactive HTML forms across the inspection document set to ensure accurate data capture and successful save-back to the database.
