AI Software Engineer

Allstate seeks an AI Software Engineer to build and deploy AI-driven solutions that transform underwriting, claims, and customer experiences in finance and insurance. You will design and implement production-grade ML models and services, integrate them with core platforms, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business partners. Responsibilities include feature engineering, model training and evaluation, API and microservice development, performance optimization, monitoring, and documentation. • Develop scalable APIs and microservices to integrate AI solutions into core systems
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and experimentation
• Optimize model and service performance, reliability, and security in production
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for AI services and pipelines
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality delivery
