IT Instructional Design Specialist in Brooklyn, NY

A minimum of 3 years of experience with the following skill sets: Business Analysis - experience translating business requirements into functional outputs Instructional Design / Training Development Experience developing training materials (ILT, VILT, eLearning) Systems Knowledge (Public Benefits or Similar) Understanding of system-based workflows Communication & Documentation Skills Strong writing and documentation abilities Stakeholder Collaboration - Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams Technical Skills - Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Absorb or similar, eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise preferred) Desired Skills (Years of Experience: 2) Experience with SNAP and Cash Assistance programs Familiarity with HRA systems (SEAMS, WMS, POS) Experience with training QA processes and content validation Knowledge of adult learning principles Experience working in a government or public sector environment Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Canva, Vyond
