Job description
We are seeking an OpenText Identity and Access Management Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The client is currently operating an outdated version of the OpenText IDM environment (4.02) and has initiated steps to upgrade to the latest version (4.9). This role involves documenting the test environment, preparing for testing with accurate scenarios, and ensuring a smooth transition to production, including go-live and aftercare support., * Document the TEST environment (1 day).
- Execute Server Upgrade for IDM (2 days).
- Perform Driver Upgrade (2 days).
- Document upgrade procedures (1 day).
- Prepare PROD documentation (1.5 days).
- Integrate new servers into PROD (2 days).
- Execute Driver Upgrade/addition (3 days).
- Conduct post-upgrade tasks and tests (1.5 days, including SSL replacement).
- Define business processes and establish test scenarios (6 days).
