HashiCorp Vault Engineer | Azure Platform | IAM & Automation

Are you passionate about secure automation, secrets management and cloud platform integrations?

We are looking for a hands-on HashiCorp Vault Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise environment where you will play a key role in driving the adoption of modern IAM and platform solutions across multiple technology teams.

In this position you will work in a highly collaborative environment, helping internal teams implement secure and scalable solutions on top of existing cloud infrastructure. You will combine technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and help shape the future of secure platform automation within a complex Azure landscape.

About the role

As a HashiCorp Vault Engineer, you will focus on implementing, integrating and promoting secure platform solutions across the organization. You will work closely with infrastructure, platform and application teams while supporting the adoption of HashiCorp technologies and automation practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and driving the adoption of HashiCorp Vault across the organization
• Collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify new use cases and platform opportunities
• Deploying and integrating applications and middleware solutions within Azure environments
• Supporting secure access management and secrets management processes
• Contributing to infrastructure automation and CI/CD improvements
• Working closely with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and integrations
• Taking ownership of initiatives and helping drive technical improvements forward

Do you have experience in Terraform?, * 3-5 years of relevant experience within cloud, platform or infrastructure engineering environments

• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Experience with CyberArk is required
• Good understanding of IAM environments and access management concepts
• Experience working within Azure and Azure DevOps environments
• Knowledge of Linux systems
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker within Azure platforms
• Familiarity with automation tooling and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
