Job description

For one of our key clients, ABN AMRO, we are looking for a HashiCorp / Automation Developer who will play an important role in growing and improving the adoption of automation and HashiCorp solutions across the organization. What will you do? As a HashiCorp / Automation Developer, you will work in a hands-on technical role while closely collaborating with business and IT stakeholders. You will help translate business needs into practical automation use cases and contribute to infrastructure modernization and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include:

Supporting the growth and adoption of HashiCorp technologies within the organization
Developing and maintaining automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and related technologies
Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Working closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to improve automation, security, and operational efficiency
Supporting integrations involving HashiCorp and other COTS applications (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint)
Contributing to technical discussions, best practices, and process improvements
Working in Azure / Azure DevOps environments and supporting cloud-based automation initiatives
Supporting containerized environments and technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Requirements

You bring a combination of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset. Required experience:

3-5 years of relevant IT experience
Experience with HashiCorp or similar enterprise COTS platforms
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Linux
Experience in stakeholder-facing environments
Ability to translate business requirements into technical use cases
Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure, Azure DevOps
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Experience in distributed or international environments
Business Analyst experience
