SAP QM Consultant

ERP SAVVY is looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant to join our team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Quality Management solutions across manufacturing and supply chain environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure quality processes are effectively integrated into SAP systems, particularly within S/4HANA landscapes., * Lead end-to-end SAP QM implementations, rollouts, and support engagements

• Customize SAP QM modules to align with client-specific quality processes
• Integrate QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and EWM
• Collaborate with OTC (Order-to-Cash) teams to ensure quality checkpoints are embedded in the end-to-end process
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications
• Configure quality planning, inspection, notifications, and audit management
• Support testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration

Do you have experience in SAP Supply Chain Management?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM
• Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP QM implementation
• Strong understanding of quality inspection, control, and compliance processes
• Experience with S/4HANA and integration with EWM is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, automotive, food)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments
