This role is ideal for candidates looking to break into the IT or data center industry and gain hands-on experience working in a large-scale technical environment. Successful candidates will assist with cable installation, labeling, organization, and preparation of server racks to ensure infrastructure can be deployed efficiently and meet operational service-level agreements.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Basic computer skills for documentation, ticketing, and inventory systems.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet operational deadlines.

Ability to push, pull, and maneuver server racks, carts, and equipment safely as part of a team., * Experience pulling cable, installing low-voltage cabling, fiber, or copper cable.

• Construction, electrical, telecommunications, or structured cabling experience.
• Military technical experience.
• Vocational/technical school training related to IT, networking, electrical systems, or data centers.
• Trade school, apprenticeship, bootcamp, or community college coursework in data center technology or IT infrastructure.
• Schooling with hands-on technical projects, internships, co-ops, or relevant lab experience.
