You split your time evenly: half in the office analyzing data, half on the warehouse floor verifying counts. In a 500,000+ square-foot operation with 800+ SKUs, you’re the hub that keeps inventory precise and dependable. With SAP, Synapse (WMS), and RF technology at your fingertips, you monitor movements, reconcile variances, and keep inventory integrity rock-solid. Your Impact
- Achieve near-absolute accuracy: drive 100% reconciliation and reduce variance through disciplined controls and rigorous follow-up.
- Lead root-cause problem solving: identify systemic issues, implement long-term countermeasures, and prevent repeat discrepancies.
- Advance process excellence: apply Lean thinking to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and uplift inventory health across the site.
- Be the inventory voice: field internal and external customer questions with clarity and professionalism, translating data into answers.
- Own conflict resolution: tackle floor issues decisively and respectfully to keep promises and timelines intact.
- Balance priorities: manage deadlines, pivot quickly, and stay late when accuracy demands it.
- Tell the story in numbers: produce clear, timely reports that spotlight trends and risks for senior leadership.
Tools You’ll Use
- SAP, Synapse (WMS), and RF scanners to track, audit, and reconcile in real time.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze data and communicate outcomes., * Comfort switching between office and warehouse settings and navigating a large facility.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, high-pressure operation with a zero-tolerance stance on inventory damage.
- Diligent in detecting and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Requirements
- 3-5 years in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics within large-scale environments (500,000+ sq. ft., 800+ SKUs).
- A history of driving reconciliation to completion and strengthening inventory sustainability.
- High technical aptitude; strong with WMS, SAP, Synapse, and RF tools.
- Organized, accountable, and able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Professional communicator who collaborates well, teaches others, and supports customers confidently.
- Positive, can-do mindset; receptive to constructive feedback and resilient in high-pressure moments.
- Experience with Lean and continuous improvement; comfortable delegating and guiding teams to outcomes.
How You’ll Work
- 50% office-based analysis; 50% floor-based verification and audits.
- Flexible when operations require it, including extended hours during peaks or urgent investigations.
